THE PROJECT

春はあけぼの。やうやう白くなりゆく山ぎは、すこしあかりて、紫だちたる雲のほそくたなびきたる。夏は夜。月のころはさらなり。やみもなほ、蛍の多く飛びちがひたる。また、ただ一つ二つなど、ほのかにうち光りて行くもをかし。雨など降るもをかし。雨など降るもをかし。『枕草子』の作者として知られる清少納言は、日常のできごとや風景を独特の視点と知的好奇心で見つめ、そこに新しい美と楽しみを見出しました。私たちTOKIDOKI PRODUCT PROJECTのミッションは、この1000年前のクリエイターのようにモノやコト、身の回りのあらゆる事物から「おかしみ」を見いだし、それを自由な発想で押し広げ、可視化していくこと、そこに新しい価値を生み出していくこと。例えば、瞬く星の光、月の満ち欠け。四季の息吹。木々を渡る風の流れ、野山を走る生命の鼓動。焚火の揺らめき、衣擦れの音。ずっと見ていたい、そばに置いておきたくなるようなモノやコト。それらを切り取り、可視化し、時間と空間を彩るデザイン、カタチを生み出していきます。日々のうつろいを切り抜く。新しいストーリーを描くこれが私たちTOKIDOKI PRODUCT PROJECTです。Seishonagon, known as the author of “Makuranososhi” , observed everyday events and sceneries with her own point of view and with intellectual curiosity, and found out the new style of beauty and pleasure there.The mission of our TOKIDOKI PRODUCT PROJECT is to find some new kind of “OKASHIMI” , or “taste and attrac- tion” , in everything around us, to enlarge it with unlimited imagination, and to make it visible: such as twinkling of stars, waxing and waning of the moon, signs and breath of the four seasons, wind blowing from tree to tree, beat of the lives running over the hills and fields, waver of thae flame, rustling of clothes.
